MPS Systems North America has appointed Michael Weyermann as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

This appointment, effective immediately, follows the departure of the company’s President after one year in the role.

Weyermann has been with MPS Systems since 2015, with the company stating he “has grown into a very capable and reliable partner for MPS while growing the brand name in the North American market.”

In total, he has amassed two decades of experience in the label printing industry, and as a result, MPS Systems felt he was ideally suited to his new position.

Atze Bosma, CEO of MPS Systems comments: “With his experience and knowledge of the market and good reputation among both customers and colleagues, we trust Michael Weyermann to be the right man to lead MPS’ North American subsidiary. We wish him the best of luck in this new role.”

Weyermann adds: “I am honoured and excited to take on this new position within MPS. We have an excellent product range perfectly suited for the North American market. I look forward to leading MPS NA to great growth.”
