The OEM has sold its Houston campus to Washington DC real estate asset management company Northridge Capital.

HP Plaza, in CityPlace, Springwoods Village, was completed in November 2018, with HP moving its 2,400 Houston-based employees to the campus at the end of last year, according to Houston Business Journal. The OEM reportedly occupies 100 percent of the more than 378,000 square feet of rentable space, under a long-term lease.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), the other company formed following the split of Hewlett-Packard in 2015, also leases space in CityPlace for its new campus.

“HP Inc. was the largest office lease inked for 2016 in Houston,” said Robert Fields, the President and CEO of Patrinely Group, one of the companies behind the CityPlace development. “This transaction reinforces the strength of this new urban centre in north Houston.”

The purchase price of HP Plaza remains undisclosed.
