The Swiss IT provider has appointed Philipp Koch as its new Senior Vice President e-Commerce.
Office Times reports that the appointment, effective immediately, will see Koch placed in charge of the company’s e-commerce business; he is tasked with further developing the company’s approach, and will report directly to ALSO Group management.
Koch joined ALSO five years ago as a consultant assistant, helping to restructure the company’s Finnish division. Since 2016, he had been Head of Finance & Controlling – Consumptional Business, with his contributions being described as “essential” in developing and implementing this segment. Koch also boasts a Master of Science degree in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School.
Gustavo Möller-Hergt, ALSO CEO, said: “We will continue to invest heavily in our E-Commerce presence and intend to process a majority of the transactional business through these channels in the future to provide additional value to our customers. I look forward to continue working closely with Philipp in his new role.”
