Ninestar has added a new automated line to support the production of its replacement ink bottles for use in high-capacity ink tank printers.

In August 2020, Ninestar launched its fully automated production line dedicated to the assembly of patented and dependable replacements for HP CF226 series toner cartridges.

Today, Ninestar revealed details about its newly added automated production line dedicated to the production of ink bottles. In its announcement Ninestar said that this automated line allows for continuous mass production of 2,000 ink bottles per hour.

The company said it has been growing its ink bottles portfolio under its Everbrite brand, to keep up with the upbeat trend of supertank printers.

Ninestar added: “The state-of-the-art automated line enables full automation from filling to labeling. The accurate, fast and stable flow of production ensures superb ink quality as well as high efficiency while reducing manual error.”

Ninestar began investing in automation in 2012. Today, much of Ninestar’s ink cartridge production has been automated and four fully automated toner cartridge production lines have come online.
