The company announced new features for all Enterprise-Q licensed customers, including creating projects and push notifications.

A user with an Enterprise-Q operator profile can now create projects without the need to switch users. With this feature, an authorised internal operator can support the company’s sales force when they need to create a project.

Nubeprint added: “Management is just as simple as before, so now creating a new monitoring project only requires the push of a button.”

Also added were push notifications which get sent automatically to the customer’s mobile phone, are now logged by the system. Enterprise-Q licensed customers can view the log of all notifications sent by the system to their customers from the menu Devices / Push Notifications.

The Enterprise-Q license automatically sends informational messages to the user in the following circumstances:

  • When a replacement cartridge is being shipped
  • To confirm with the customer that the replacement cartridge has been received
  • At certain steps in the process of handling a technical incident.

Push notifications work in combination with the Nubeprint app activated on the printer user’s mobile device. Nubeprint said: “This service improves the two-way communication between the managed print service provider and its customers, enhancing the user experience while improving the former’s internal costs.”

These new feature is in anticipation of other new features to be announced soon by Nubeprint that further enhance the communication between the service provider and its customers using the Nubeprint app.
