OfficeTeam has acquired ZenOffice Limited, the company has announced.

The acquisition, the 40th in OfficeTeam’s history, is part of a strategy to turn the company into “a natural home for dealers wishing to sell their business,” according to ChannelInfo.

ZenOffice has a strong tracked record in the Managed Print Services market, recently being named the Xerox Gold Concessionaire Partner of the Year for the second time. It claims to offer its customer base “a one stop shop for all consumable, capital, and infrastructure requirements.”

“I have known the Zen business and the senior directors for many years, highly respect them and take this opportunity of welcoming them and their staff in to the Group,” explained OfficeTeam CEO Jeff Whiteway. “This acquisition provides a start for further growth within the OfficeTeam Group. Having made so many successful acquisitions, for both seller and buyer in the past, OfficeTeam are the perfect choice for building value.”

Les Kerr, CEO of ZenOffice, added: “We are delighted to have completed on the transaction with OfficeTeam. Zen has seen tremendous growth in recent years and the coming together of these two great businesses under the same group can only help further develop the business.
