Altkin’s OWA range of large-format cartridges debut new eco-friendly, recyclable packaging.

OWA, Altkin’s cartridge brand of sustainable printing solutions, has launched new 100% recyclable cardboard packaging for its large-format cartridge range, eliminating 120kg of single-use plastic waste each year.

By replacing plastic with kraft cardboard, OWA is underscoring its commitment to environmental responsibility and preparing for anticipated plastic regulations.

The transition to biodegradable packaging will begin immediately, with all new products shipping in kraft cardboard. Within a month, the entire large-format range will adopt the sustainable material, meeting growing demand for eco-conscious choices in office consumables.

This move aligns with the company’s broader environmental initiatives, supporting a circular economy where product design considers end-of-life impact.
