Police arrest man with stolen cartridges

A man was caught with allegedly stolen cartridges from Lesotho mounted police service worth M28,000 ($1,871/ €1,733).

MENAFN reports that a Nigerian man has been arrested at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg with cartridges that allegedly belonged to Lesotho mounted police service in his possession. The cartridges were marked with a Lesotho police stamp to enable tracking of the cartridges.

According to the report, an investigation is still ongoing. The cartridges were seized at the airport.
