The line-up of talks, discussions and insight to be shared at January’s Paperworld show, including the Remanexpo product group, has now been revealed.
Paperworld 2019 takes place from 26 to 29 January at Messe Frankfurt, Germany, and will once again feature the Remanexpo product group, in its brand new location of Hall 5.1.
As ever, central to Remanexpo will be The Recycler Live Frankfurt Seminars, and following the announcement of the list of speakers last month, the full schedule has now been published, including details of each seminar.
The programme will begin with a welcome from Day One host David Connett, the President of ETIRA; Day One will be themed around Business Perspectives, and will feature seminars on how to best utilise social media and digital marketing, and how to create successful, dynamic press releases, from wta Carsten Weser’s Zoltan Matyas and The Recycler’s Owen Collins respectively. These will be followed by Remanexpo favourite and Lightwords Managing Director Peter Mayhew, who will guide attendees in undertaking their own market research from their desktop.
Day Two will be hosted by Matyas, and will see CiT CEO Thijs Tuinstra discuss the practicalities and opportunities of white toner, before Nubeprint’s Antonio Sanchez looks “Beyond MPS” into how the aftermarket can better connect with the SOHO market segment. ETIRA Secretary General Vincent Van Dijk will then update visitors on current developments in the EU agenda, and the accompanying challenges for the European market, before Volker Kappius, COO of Delacamp, examines the latest trends in toner technology.
Hasan Bagli, recently appointed Senior Account Manager Inks (EMEA) at IIMAK, will then discuss the prospering evolution of inkjet technology, before David Connett returns to highlight the future of reuse, single-use, and the circular economy.
Peter Mayhew hosts Day Three, which includes seminars from Keypoint Intelligence – Infotrends’ Andrew Carroll, on the latest opportunities, niches, and market trends in the office imaging channel; Static Control’s Paul Needham, on the importance of trustworthy and reliable suppliers; and Turbon’s Javier Martinez, on MPS sales versus Contract sales, and the impact on resources, margin, and service. Mayhew will then debate “Apps and the MFP”, asking whether these apps could open up whole new market opportunities for your business.
Remanexpo’s final day will be themed around Personal Perspectives, and will feature unique Q&A sessions with Andrew Carroll, Peter Mayhew, and others, providing an informal chance to discuss the trends of both the aftermarket and the previous four days with leading industry figures. Day Four will also see a discussion of Brexit, and the impact that Britain’s withdrawal from the EU will have, before The Recycler’s Editor and Publisher Stefanie Unland looks back over Remanexpo 2019 and offers her closing remarks.
