RPG Squarefoot Solutions acquires

Zygoquest Group, a firm which specialises in mergers and acquisitions, has revealed that it has served as advisor for RPG Squarefoot Solutions regarding its acquisition of G&H Service Company.

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to RPG Squarefoot Solutions and its owners Laura and Mark Kadonoff on the purchase of assets from G & H Service Company. 

RPG Squarefoot Solutions, headquartered in Laurel Maryland, with branch offices in Arlington Virginia and Norristown Pennsylvania, is owned and operated by Laura and Mark Kadonoff.  RPG provides technology and document management services and solutions primarily to the construction industry.  RPG’s products and services include 3D laser scanning, drone data capture, construction asset and building information management, virtual reality architectural design, mobile jobsite connectivity solutions, IT network management, wide-format printers and scanners and equipment fleet management and maintenance.

G & H Service Company, located in Norristown Pennsylvania, was owned and operated by Joseph Gallagher.  G & H Service Company was founded in 1973 and served customers in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware specialising in the sale and service of wide-format document technology.  G & H’s vendor partners included Xerox, HP, KIP and Ricoh.
