Sharp announce Fujimoto retirement

The OEM’s Managing Officer has retired after four decades with the company.

Sharp has announced the retirement of its Managing Officer, Toshihiko Fujimoto.

Fujimoto, 63, has been with the OEM since April 1978, and in the nearly forty years since has held a wide variety of positions within the company.

He previously served as Sharp’s CEO for North & South America, and as Group General Manager for both its Corporate Strategy Group and Business Development Group, as well as holding the role of General Manager for the Management Planning Board.
