In a letter to customers and partners, Static Control talked about the company’s effort to keep employees safe and to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Static Control said it is constantly monitoring the situation to ensure that its employees are safe. Starting Wednesday, 18 March 2020 many of its employees will be working from home in an effort to both keep them safe and to prevent the spread of the virus.

Static Control added: “We know that the developing COVID-19 situation around the world has upended many lives and the operations of businesses. Our thoughts go out to all that have been impacted by the virus and we admire healthcare workers and others on the front line working tirelessly to care for those with the sickness. “

Customers are encouraged to use the support@scc-inc.com email address in North America for any orders or reporting issues and European customers can contact their sales reps direct or use SalesAdmin@scceurope.co.uk. Online ordering is also available at https://customer.scc-inc.com/.

Static Control added: “In the last several weeks, Static Control has worked to ensure safety to all our employees. We formed a steering committee to help drive our preparedness. Employees have been provided with information regarding the virus and preventative measures they can take, including proper hand washing techniques. Our routine cleaning was increased and additional hand sanitising stations were installed. We’ve limited travel for our sales representatives and have encouraged meetings to take place online instead of in-person. We’ve taken an abundance of caution to help keep as many people safe from contact with the virus.“

Static Control continues to monitor the situation and will be updating its customers and partners as the situation evolves.
