The company made the announcement at Ambiente in Frankfurt on 26 January, emphasising that customers will see faster service from March 2024.

Static Control will be opening a new warehouse in Wroclaw, Poland to better support mainland European customers in March 2024. The new warehouse is 6,616 m2 and will serve as a fulfilment centre for the thousands of products sold by Static Control.

“We are excited about this opening as it shows to the industry our deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service in Europe” said CEO Juan Carlos Bonell. “We have significant business in mainland Europe, and we are making a big investment to continue offering the best possible service levels. We are getting closer to our customers expanding our capabilities in Europe.”

Service levels for the majority of mainland Europe will improve almost immediately. “On average, we expect delivery two days faster than today,” said Bonell.

There will be no impact for United Kingdom customers.

Bonell emphasised the importance of customer feedback for the company. “Static Control is a customer-centric company. We listen to customer suggestions, and we have heard from our European customers the desire for a closer warehouse. We are happy to deliver our premium cartridges, components and toners to them in a faster, more efficient way.”
