Supplies Network rebrands as DM

by | Mar 22, 2022 | 0 comments

Supplies Network and DM Fulfillment Services, the imaging wholesale and ecommerce fulfilment divisions under Distribution Management (DM), will rebrand under the parent company name this year.

The company explained that the rebrand is to better align with the evolution of the business and position it for future growth. This rebranding initiative is being rolled out in parallel with the company’s 50th anniversary celebration.

Over the past decade Supplies Network expanded beyond print supplies to enter the hardware, equipment, and barcoding markets while also bolstering its Managed Print Services with additional offerings. In 2012, the company launched DM Fulfillment Services and entered the third-party fulfilment space utilising its expertise in 1-2 day, drop-ship delivery to focus on ecommerce, omni-channel fulfilment services. This led to an expansion in wholesale business beyond the portfolio of imaging-related products managed by Supplies Network.

“Our industry is changing rapidly, and we must be proactive in positioning our company for future success. The names Supplies Network and DM Fulfillment Services, while leaders in their respective industries, do not convey the breadth of products and solutions we provide. Unifying under one brand allows us to fully capture the strength we have as one team with one goal,” said Sean Fleming, DM CEO. “This strategy is based on a broader definition for our company and serves as a launching pad for the new markets we choose to enter.”

“While the rebranding signals an expansion in our business model, we are still the same great company and group of people our clients have chosen to partner with over the past 50 years. Our passion for taking care of our clients and their customers remains strong and we will continue to serve them under the DM name,” said Greg Welchans, DM President & CMO.

To prepare for future growth, Distribution Management increased its distribution capabilities by doubling its national warehouse footprint and implementing technologies, automations and robotics.

DM said it intends to stay progressive in their mission to be the preferred partner for distribution and fulfilment services.
