Testing and training for HYB

Henan’s HaoYinBao Imaging Material Company has opened its brand new Test Room, as well as revealing details of its technical training courses.

HYB’s new Test Room is described by the company as “one of the largest and most professional laboratories for testing copier toner”, and is able to simulate extreme temperatures and humidities whilst testing up to eight A3 copier machines.

With this level of testing, and test programmes that are synchronised with the company’s Henan laboratory, HYB states that its products “will be more popular for the customers in the global markets” – even those in countries with specific weather conditions.

HYB hopes to make its new Test Room the standard example of a Standard Copier Environment Test Room for the entire industry, and is negotiating with the Zhuhai Quality and Inspection Bureau to this end.

The company has also released details of the technical training courses undertaken by its employees across various sectors; the weekly courses “help the employees to keep up with the markets, latest imaging systems, and new models” and provides staff “with the latest know-how about the industry.”

The company explained the value of this training, arguing that a knowledgeable and helpful workforce made as much impact on the customer as the efficiency of the product.

“The value of our products are not just with the products themselves, but also the quality/consistency covering the products, as well as the technical supports,” explained HYB. “This kind of support requires from the manufacturer not only good communication skills, but also a strong team of development and engineering.”

“How professional the staff and the company turn out to be will be among the most important factors for a customer to select a good supplier,” it added.
