The delegates of The Recycler Live saw discussions about sustainability, reuse in action for businesses and the circular economy.
The discussions during the event were centred around sustainability, the action of reuse and its role in the circular economy and the European green agenda and how it impacts the market. On the second day delegates learned about the circular economy business model and how it is achievable for anyone.
The Director of The Balearics Waste Prevention Agency informed delegates on how they put a model together to battle single use plastics. Informing on toner technology, Volker Kappius, CEO of Delacamp talked about current technology developments and new opportunities.
David Connett, Partner at Connett & Unland commented: “It is no secret, there are challenges ahead for the industry and some great opportunities. During the event there has been a thirst for knowledge and a great buzz for future opportunities. These are exciting times for the industry and ETIRA will be at the front leading for the next 20 years.”
