syncreon is a specialised contract logistics company headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan. syncreon America Inc. is a global provider of advanced supply chain services that can be tailored to create specific customised solutions for their customers.
They offer a range of 3PL and 4PL services in an asset-light business model to provide specialised transportation, inbound, outbound, fulfilment, and aftermarket logistics services to Automotive and High-Tech customers, Lexmark is one of them. syncreon operates in over 20 countries, with more than 100 facilities, and approximately 13,000 employees.
Syncreon’s multi-client site located in Zary Poland has been operational since 2005 and has recently been expanded to almost 20,000 sqm. Services provided include manufacturing and remanufacturing of laser cartridges, repair services and refurbishment of electronic and mechanical devices.
Alina Dukek, Operations Manager of the syncreon site in Zary, has been with the company since its beginnings in 2005 and when asked about the most rewarding thing about being in this role, said: “Wonderful team built over the years with excellent engagement, high performance, very supportive and working together. Nothing is impossible with my team!”
Quality and security certifications for the site include ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 180001 and TAPA FSR Level C.
