Toshiba America Business Solutions announced it has won the Brandon Hall Group Bronze award for excellence in corporate learning and development.

The Lake Forest, Calif. tech company secured the recognition for the development of its Interactive Training Manual (ITM) supporting Toshiba’s award-winning e-STUDIO 7506C series of multifunction printers (MFPs).

The web-based learning program is tailored to help Toshiba clients master the use of their e-STUDIO7506C series systems through interactive, step-by-step training modules on more than 100 product features.

“Excellence Award winners personify innovation that drives business results. Our winners embrace the future and embrace change and the challenges that go with it,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “It is amazing in reviewing these entries how organisations – both large and small – work across functions to make human capital management a valuable asset that enables business success.”

“The development of our interactive training module is a paradigm changer for Toshiba clients and employees,” stated Toshiba America Business Solutions Chief Marketing Executive Bill Melo. “Our ITM is helping customers fully optimise their Toshiba print fleet while simultaneously equipping our salesforce with a dynamic training asset.”

The ITM – available in English and Spanish – additionally serves as a training tool for Toshiba’s salesforce across the United States, Mexico, and Central and South America by enhancing employee product knowledge while enabling operational efficiency. Interactive training manuals for Toshiba’s recently-introduced e-STUDIO2510AC, e-STUDIO5015AC and e-STUDIO5018A series of multifunction printers are also available.

The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
