Toshiba’s Larry Martinez-Palomo
The OEM’s European event took place at the Hotel Meliá in Bilbao, Spain, from the 3rd to the 5th of July.
Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH’s 2018 HDD Distribution Conference welcomed more than 70 distribution partners and customers, for an annual review, as well as product and business updates; the Toshiba Distribution Partner 2018 Awards were also dispensed during the gathering.
The event gave distributors and partners the opportunity to strengthen their business relations with Toshiba, as well as to learn more about Toshiba’s future strategy for the HDD storage business. More than 70 participants from 15 countries and 32 different companies attended to network, share experience and have detailed business discussions with the OEM while they were presented with an award for being an official distribution partner of 2018.
“This event enables us to deepen collaboration and present updates about our business and strategy,” explained Larry Martinez-Palomo, the General Manager of Toshiba Electronics Europe’s HDD Business Unit. “We recognise the value our distribution partners bring to our business and would like to take this opportunity also to let them know what they can expect from us in the future and the value we could bring to their business.”
