Toshiba wins PaceSetter award in logistics

Toshiba wins Keypoint Intelligence 2020–2021 PaceSetter award in logistics for the second year running.

Analyst firm Keypoint Intelligence again affirms Toshiba America Business Solutions’ leadership in supply chain, shipping and warehouse management by presenting the manufacturer with the Buyers Lab 2020–2021 PaceSetter award in Logistics. Keypoint Intelligence also awarded Toshiba the prestigious honour in 2018–2019.

Buyers Lab PaceSetter awards recognise document imaging OEMs that have shown market leadership in a variety of categories, including technologies, services, and key vertical markets.

Keypoint Intelligence conducted an in-depth evaluation of logistics-related products and services from digital imaging OEMs to determine Toshiba’s market leadership in this area. More than 60 points of differentiation were considered, across such vital categories as MFP hardware, other hardware, service & support, professional services, security, and market leadership, Toshiba Explained. Keypoint Intelligence particularly recognised the Toshiba hardware portfolio’s capability to fulfil wide-ranging logistics applications.
