TROY SPS, a division of TROY Group, Inc. announced the acceptance of the 2022 HP Agility Award at the HP PSS Partner Conference held in Boise, Idaho.
TROY Group said it earned the award by overcoming obstacles “when delivering exemplary levels of customer service during recent global supply chain disruptions.”
TROY has been an award-winning HP Partner for more than 30 years and is the only company in the world contractually authorised by HP to enhance both printers and consumables for high-security print environments like those necessary for check printing.
David Lorenz, Director of Product Management at TROY noted: “TROY’s mission is to exceed our customers’ expectations through excellence in quality, service, and innovation. We are excited to receive this award from HP, recognising that we have done precisely that for TROY and HP customers.”
The HP Partner Conference is an annual global event where HP and its partners gather, discuss, and reflect on the business and industry, as well as their goals. After two years of virtual conferences, TROY Group said, 2022 was a welcome opportunity for all partners to meet in person.
