WiZiX Technology Group, Inc. announced the acquisition of Intelligent Copier Solutions (ICS), based in Rohnert Park, CA.
WiZiX Technology Group was Founded in 2017, and is headquartered in Roseville, CA with offices in: Fresno, San Jose, Pleasanton, and now Rohnert Park. WiZiX remains and independent, locally owned, and operated imaging technology dealership, with a strong regional presence throughout Central and Northern California
ICS was founded by Robert M. Brown in 2010, with the goal to provide exceptional service after the sale, as the most important criteria of the company. ICS will always work at offering client’s, leading technology, to enhance and make their business activities more efficient.
The purchase of ICS marks the fifth such transaction and the fifth office location for WiZiX in less than three years since its inception.
