On January 31, 2023, Ricoh released the latest firmware for the IM C2500 series copiers, Zhono ensured its chips were tested and working even after the update.
After testing, Zhono’s engineers verified that Zhono compatible chips used in the Ricoh IM C2500 series copiers are not impacted by the OEM firmware upgrade (see Figure 3), and that the chips function correctly on the copiers in both previous and current models.
