Zhono at Remanexpo 2024: Integrated circuit expert, Guangzhou Zhono Microelectronics, will exhibit its consumable chip technologies at Frankfurt’s 2024 Remanexpo. They’ll present extensive printer chip solutions, new devices, and engage in industry discussion, addressing market evolution
Guangzhou Zhono Microelectronics Co., Ltd has confirmed it will exhibit at the 2024 Remanexpo Show in Frankfurt, which is now part of the Ambiente show.

Guangzhou Zhono Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (Zhono), founded in 2013, specializes in integrated circuit design and supplies industrial and consumer chips globally. Their focus is on consumable chips for the consumer and automotive electronics sectors.
As a critical player in the printer consumables market, Zhono has a decade of encrypted and consumable chip design expertise. Their inventory spans over 10,000 models, catering to high-quality chip demands across Asia, Europe, and America.
The event occurs from January 26th to January 30th, 2024, and the Zhono booth is CMF2 D11 in the Congress Centre.
Zhono, an independent chip supplier, offers a broad range of compatible chips for various printing devices, catering to businesses like cartridge factories, distributors, and service providers. They provide customizable chip solutions tailored to client needs, including high-yield and universal chips. At the expo, Zhono will highlight their compatible laser chips, including Ricoh 2510 series, Kyocera TK3400 series, Canon EXV64 series, Toshiba 425 series, HP W9150 series, Konica Minolta TNP-92/93 series and Lexmark CS820 series, and compatible inkjet chips including Epson 5290 series and HP 97/99 series. In addition, they will introduce their Progeasy resetter device designed and developed by Zhono. It’s convenient for resetting OEM chips and Zhono compatible chips.

Commenting on the market situation, Zhono said: “The sector is contracting in terms of volume and value. Consumers are printing less turning to online storage media and devices. There is still room for consolidation in the market with OEMs and the aftermarket players. MPS and cloud printing services will continue to thrive and increase providing opportunities for the aftermarket. OEM’s increasing the frequency of firmware upgrades to lock out competition from the aftermarket may lead to an increase in reset devices from the chip manufacturers. New environmental and ‘green’ legislation will drive up manufacturing volumes which could be promising for the aftermarket players.”
