The company announced that its IP team has won the 2019 Edition of the 2019 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area “Distribution of High Value Patent Cultivation” (GBA High Value Competition).
The first GBA High Value Competition concluded in Zhuhai on 29 June 2019. Launched January 2019 the competition received 586 entries, more than 2,000 participants and received extensive attention and support from innovative entities across the country, Zhono explained.
Hard work pays off the company said. Over half a year and three rounds of strong competition, Zhono’s IP team has won the 2019 GBA High Value Competition excellence award with its “high-value” patent project “Development and Application of Secure Encryption Chip”.
Well-known companies such as GREE, Midea and Meizu also received this award.
The 2019 edition of the GBA High Value Competition was jointly sponsored by Guangdong market supervision and Administration Bureau (Intellectual Property Office), Intellectual Property Department of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao DSE, and Zhuhai Municipal People’s Government, Zhuhai Municipal Market Supervision Administration (IP Office), Hengqin International Intellectual Property Exchange Center (Huafa Yaqin National Intellectual Property Operation Platform), and Hengqin New District Management Committee.
